Add further scenarios

Take NYSCrash scenario as template. At autos in the other direction. At the end, we need 3 scenarios for these two separations

1. NYSCrash with and without the beacon
2. With centralized messaging (infinity transmission range) and peer-2-peer; beacons are here irrelevant

NOTE: we decided it's better to create the scenarios within !15 (closed) , for them to fit the analysis better Only centralized scenario was added here, as it required custom code
