Out-of-bounds access in DuneFunctionsOperatorAssembler

When running the dunefunctionsassemblertest with DUNE_CHECK_BOUNDS enabled, at some point the assembler throws. I haven't dug much deeper into this by now, but I'll assign myself.

Maybe we want to consider to enable DUNE_CHECK_BOUNDS for tests in general.
