Remove deprecated methods in multigridsteps

Hi friends,

we decided to remove the setNumberOfLevels method from the multigrid steps some time ago. As a result there are several methods e.g. setProblem(int numberOfLevels) that are deprecated for a while now. Is anyone against removing these deprecated methods?
