Add colorbar to orientation eval plot

I just tried out robofish-io-eval for the first time. Very useful, thanks a lot! I only have a few small suggestions for fixes:

• orientation needs a colorbar
• tank_positions: add axis labels with "[cm]"
• trajectories: add "[cm]", show name of entity instead of "Agent 0"
• distance_to_wall: "in cm" -> "[cm]"
