Added `calculated_orientations_rad` and `calculated_actions_speeds_turns` to entity data in files. These Datasets will always be saved with files so that they don't have to be recalculated every time they are used. Files that were produced before the update have to be updated with the command line tool `robofish-io-update-calculated-data path`.
