Adminfrontend: rework of 'boat type'

• Boat Type
  • Sort function for column 'Sport'
  • Display 'Sport' in alphabetical order
  • Edit Boat Type
    • Display 'Sports' in alphabetical order
    • In Dropdown menu also should be alphabetical order
  • Add Boat Type
    • Type name check for redundancy
    • Prevent type name with empty string
    • Sort and display in alphabetical order for 'Sports'
