Prepare first and second hit tables for turtles5species clusters

goal: two output files, one for first hits and one for second hits for each of 10 individuals SampleID_firsthits.tsv and SampleID_secondhits.tsv

files: clusters are in folders 03_clusters_2seqs and 04_clusters_3moreseqs identities are in UCLUST files called SampleID.ucout

for each cluster look for identities for the first sequence only first hits take from: 03_clusters_2seqs and 04_clusters_3moreseqs second hits take from: 04_clusters_3moreseqs
