Extract Authentication from current Onboarding

In this ticket, we want to split Authentication from Onboarding. Authentication should have its independent UI. Use SwiftUI if applicable.

Refactoring of Onboarding is not in the scope of this ticket. The glue between Onboarding and Authentication is not part of this ticket.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
