Add autocrypt header

When creating a smime signed mail the autocrypt header is missing. For S/MIME mails we have to create our own header and adding the autocrypt header does not work (Outgoing mail line 337). If the line is used the test cases in SMIMEMailTest fail.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
