Video export could produce smaller files

I have exported a video that had a size of 16.5MB and compressed it without significant quality loss to 2.2MB. Mattermost has a 10MB file limit and it would be nice if short videos can be shared there.

Additional info:

• Video is 2 min long and shows three entities with labels
• To reduce the file size of the video, I did run it through ffmpeg with default options: ffmpeg -i bigfile.mp4 smallfile.mp4

I guess trackviewer uses ffmpeg and maybe uses settings that are overkill?

Priority is low, because there is obviously a workaround.
