Check mail address recommandations in send view

When a user inputs a mail address in the send view, we present a recommendations (in a scroll view). It is a bit unclear if it is still a problem.

• Create test cases s.t. the list includes mail addresses form the CN-contacts (apple contact list) and from the mail history (enzevalos contacts, key records etc).
• Show recommendations in case of no user input.
• Refactor recommendation code
• Improve recommendations in sense of ordering (recently used addresses etc.)
