bring pi-pico up to speed, make sure everything builds

This PR does mainly 3 tings:

• rename memory-map.h to board.h everywhere, reformat it a bit
• brin pi-pico to feature-equal with portux
• fix up pi-zero so it builds again. @fjezuita maybe see if it runs.
