Draft: Unholy creations

• Enables us to use .cpp and .hpp
• generic implementation of the LoopQueue
• a few more generic fixes
• moved dbgu and process_mgmt to the new Loop_Queue

Todo:

• remove PoC stuff from pi-pico
• figure out why i need to redefine memset and memcpy every time.
• probably some linker file stuff
• exception handling not yet existing
