ARM: dts: add Arrow BeagleBone Black Industrial dts


Adds a dts file for the Arrow BeagleBone Black Industrial board.
This BBB variant differs in that it uses an industrial temp rated
ADV7511W HDMI encoder rather than the NXP HDMI encoder on the
tradtional BBB.
