Calendar time points get saved with millisecond precision

According to the Track Format v1.0:

[...] calendar_time_points, representing each point in time of the sampling as a date on the Gregorian calendar and a time relative to that date in ISO 8601 extended format with microsecond precision [...]

format_calendar_time_point in robofish.io.file.create_sampling uses millisecond precision.
