Note that 'PyString_FromString' in Python 2 is returning a new reference,
while 'PyUnicode_FromString' isn't. Hence, the reference counter has to
be increased by hand

Since the virtual interface class is now only
an alias, you cannot use it in partial spezialization.
This is one more side-effect of working around
the diffOrder in dune-localfunctions

This allows to construct leaf Dirichlet bitfields from scalar information
given by e.g. a boundarypatch
