Had to pach react openapi hook lib
It's using my personal fork at the moment
but PR is open to upstream the Changes needed

but for building it now i had to switch to npm for now...

this change is done in the Docker Compose files as well
and will be done in Production as well

there for i will switch to bugfix/login on production
to give you all the chance to review this commit but deploy
